Clear terms, from the start.
These terms govern use of the EduGate Group website. They do not replace a signed service agreement or specific enrolment terms and do not limit mandatory consumer rights.

01Operator and acceptance
The website is operated by Tarek Hamoud, licensed dealer (Osek Murshe) No. 322733593, at 27 Ibn Sina St, Carmel Center, 1st floor, Majd al-Krum 2019000, Israel. By using the website you accept these terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the website or submit a form.
02Nature of information and services
The website provides general information about study-abroad guidance and enrolment through EduGate Path and courses through EduGate Beauty Academy. Website information is not a binding offer, university admission, or legal, immigration or academic-recognition advice. Only a written service agreement or registration confirmation issued by us defines a binding service.
03Representative status
Any statement that we are an official or authorised representative of an institution applies only during and within the scope of a current written authorisation. Representation does not mean that the institution or an authority guarantees any other service.
04Changing information and third-party decisions
Fees, programmes, dates, admission requirements, examinations, visas, residence and recognition may change and are decided by institutions and competent authorities. Rely on final written confirmation and official sources. We assist and prepare the file under the service agreement but do not guarantee a third party’s decision, timing or outcome.
05User responsibility
You must provide complete and accurate information and authentic documents and promptly report changes. You must not submit forged material, use the website unlawfully, attempt to access or disrupt systems, or collect information about others. We may suspend work where there is a reasonable suspicion of forgery or misuse, subject to the agreement and law.
06Service agreement, payments and cancellation
Our fees, service stages, payment, cancellation and refunds are set out in a written agreement or registration terms before paid work begins. University fees are paid directly to the university unless clearly agreed otherwise. Specific terms govern the relevant service where they differ, but they cannot reduce mandatory consumer rights, including disclosure, cancellation and refund rights for a distance transaction where applicable.
07Academy courses
Each course is subject to written confirmation of content, dates, location, price, requirements and cancellation. Do not assume professional or government recognition unless expressly stated in writing.
08Intellectual property and prohibited use
Website text, marks, designs, images and materials belong to us or their rights holders. You may view them for personal evaluation of the services. You may not copy, alter, publish or commercially exploit them without permission or another lawful basis.
09External links and services
Links to institutions, authorities and external services are governed by their own terms and privacy practices. We do not control their content, and a link does not endorse every statement on the linked site.
10Availability and liability
The website may be unavailable for maintenance, security or events outside our control. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including fraud, deliberate misrepresentation or gross negligence where exclusion is prohibited. To the extent permitted, we are not liable for loss caused solely by unreasonable reliance on general website information or an independent third-party decision. Liability for a paid service is governed by its agreement and applicable law.
11Privacy, changes and severability
Personal information is handled under the Privacy Policy. Submitting a form is not consent to marketing. We may update these terms prospectively. A change does not retroactively alter an existing service agreement except under that agreement and law. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining terms continue to the extent possible.
12Language, law and jurisdiction
Arabic is the source text and Hebrew and English are parallel translations. The versions should be interpreted consistently, and no language discrepancy limits a mandatory right. Israeli law governs these terms, without excluding mandatory Moldova law or mandatory law in a consumer’s country where it applies. Courts have jurisdiction under mandatory venue rules; this clause does not impose a distant forum where law prohibits it.
